Can I change my delivery address?Updated 3 months ago

Address Corrections and Package Rerouting

Mistakes happen—we understand. If you’ve provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email, and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

  • For UPS Shipments: If your order has already shipped via UPS, please sign in or create a UPS My Choice account to reroute the package. To begin the rerouting process, use this link.

  • For USPS Shipments: If your order shipped via USPS, we can only initiate a package intercept request to have the package returned to us.

Please note that we are unable to correct the delivery address on your behalf; this must be done by you, the receiving party. If rerouting isn’t possible, a package intercept and a second shipment with your order will be required. This process incurs an additional fee of $25.
