Indeed, we do. Not only do we offer a lifetime warranty, but we also provide one free accidental replacement if a mishap occurs. Each frame is eligible for a single free replacement, while lenses can be swapped out twice if scratched. Just reach out via email, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Qualifying for Warranty & Replacement
To qualify, we need to verify your purchase. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please provide proof of purchase. Additionally, a review must be submitted so the product can be processed for warranty or replacement. Shipping & Fees
For warranty exchanges, we cover all shipping costs within the United States. A $10 processing fee applies for lifetime warranty replacements.
