Do you offer warranty or repairs?Updated 6 days ago

Indeed, we do. Not only do we offer a lifetime warranty, but we also provide one free accidental replacement if a mishap occurs (if the frame was broken by them the warranty doesn't cover it). Each frame is eligible for a single free replacement, while non-prescription lenses can be swapped out twice if scratched. We do not have lenses warranty if they are scratch they will have to be replace with a charge. 

Qualifying for Warranty & Replacement
If the frame was broke due a quality issue, to process with the warranty, we need to verify your purchase. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please provide proof of purchase (picture of the broken frame). Additionally, a review must be submitted so the product can be processed for warranty or replacement. To start, visit our website, navigate to the product page of the style you own, scroll down, and leave a review.

Prescription lenses are not part of Johann Wolff's replacement program. Depending on the lens acquired, it may qualify for a third-party warranty provided by the lens brand.

Shipping & Fees
For warranty exchanges, we cover all shipping costs within the United States. A $10 processing fee applies for lifetime warranty replacements.
