Reporting a Missing or Lost Package

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please reach out via email or chat. When choosing the latter select "Report Issue" button in our Help Center. We’ll assist you promptly.

In the meantime, following these steps may help expedite the process:

  1. Check with Household Members or Neighbors: Ask if anyone has received or seen your package.
  2. Look Around Your Property: Sometimes packages are left in hidden or sheltered areas.
  3. Contact Your Local UPS or USPS Driver: They may have additional information about the package's location.

If, after these checks, you still cannot locate your package, please contact us. We’ll initiate an insurance claim with the courier and, if necessary, prepare a replacement shipment to fulfill your order.
