For a return or exchange, please go to your account and click "Return" on the order you'd like to return or contact [email protected]. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your frame. Returns and exchanges are free of cost unless it's an international return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once the return is received and passes inspection, a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.

- Are sale items final sale? No, sale items are also available for returns or exchanges. 

- How much is the fee for an international return? International returns will be subject to the initial shipping label cost and the return label. We encourage purchasing the return label in your home country to facilitate and reduce costs. On average, please expect anywhere from $50 to 80 USD.

- Are prescription lenses refundable? Unfortunately not. We will make it as easy and painless as possible by charging a discounted lens rate. Depending on the lenses ordered, this could range from $35 for a single-vision prescription to $150 for a high-end progressive lens. The discounted rate will apply if you are exchanging for a different frame but still proceeding with the order.
