Return & Exchange Policy

For returns or exchanges, please log into your account and click “Return” on the order you’d like to initiate. Alternatively, you can use our Return Portal by entering your order number and zip code to start the process. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your frame. Returns and exchanges are free of cost unless it’s an international return. Still having trouble? Send us a quick email, and we'll sort it out.

  • Condition for Returns: Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Are sale items final sale?
    No, sale items can also be returned or exchanged.

  • What is the fee for an international return?
    International returns are subject to the cost of both the original shipping label and the return label. We encourage purchasing the return label within your home country to help reduce costs. Typically, the fee ranges from $50 to $80 USD.

  • Are prescription lenses fully refundable?
    Unfortunately, prescription lenses are not fully refundable. However, we strive to make the process as cost-effective as possible by charging a discounted rate for returned lenses. Rates vary based on lens type, from $35 for single-vision prescriptions to $150 for high-end progressive lenses. If you’re exchanging frames and continuing with an order, you may not be charged for a new set of lenses.
