Order Shipment and Tracking

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Most orders are fulfilled within one business day, except those that include prescription lenses. Depending on the lens type, fulfillment may take an additional 2-7 business days.

You can also track your order by logging into your JW account. If you don’t have an account, we encourage you to create one—it will allow you to initiate returns, exchanges, and warranty requests easily.

Delivery times vary by location and service level, typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days.
