When You’ll Be Charged for Your Order
The timing of your charge depends on the payment method selected at checkout.
Credit or Debit Card Payments: If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you’ll receive an email confirming that your order was successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and you’ll receive an email notification.
Installment Payments: If you choose an installment plan, a partial amount will typically be charged on the transaction date. The remaining balance will be divided into weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments, depending on the installment service selected. Note: Even if a payment is not authorized, it may appear that Johann Wolff has charged you due to some card issuers placing a temporary hold on your account. If this occurs, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the charge to drop. You’re also welcome to contact us via email, and we’ll provide the most current information available.
