Order Changes and Cancellations
Yes, if you chose the wrong item or color, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email, and we’ll work quickly to modify your order.
If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we can update the items as requested. Orders without prescription lenses are typically fulfilled within 1 business day.
If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make changes and will need to proceed with our exchange process. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges article.
