Can I modify my order after it has been placed?Updated 8 months ago

Everybody makes mistakes; we get it. Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or changes in the delivery address or product selected. If you chose the wrong item or color, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email at [email protected], and we will do our best to modify your order as quickly as possible. 

If the order has not been prepared for shipment, we will update the items as requested. Orders that do not include prescriptions are typically fulfilled within 1 business day. 

If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to correct your order. We will then need to start our exchange process. Please read our exchange article.
