Troubleshooting Payment Issues

  • Error: “Your payment details couldn’t be verified”
    Double-check all payment details, including your credit card number, account holder’s name, expiration date and billing zip code. If the expiration date is incorrect, the system will highlight this section in red.

  • Error: “Card was declined”
    This may indicate that your card is not authorized for this purchase or that there may be errors in the information provided. If you've verified all details and the issue persists, it could be due to insufficient funds or a restriction set by your card issuer. Certain FSA cards are limited to specific business categories, like travel or healthcare, and cannot be used for general purchases. In such cases, please try a different card.

  • Error: “Your card does not support this type of purchase”
    Check that your card does not have cross-border restrictions and confirm that it’s enabled for online purchases. If you’re using a debit card, remember that some debit cards require a PIN for authorization. For a list of accepted cards and payment methods, please click here.

  • If the page is freezing
    Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, close all tabs, and try again.
